é fácil fazer as contas).

=)

Me vs First day at work

Waking up early and bad night sleep are just a killer mood for everyone, especially if you already realize you are following people back and forwards to learn what you need to do.

Also work uniform is great! Trousers that are clearly to length and made for men use only (I mean did you ever see a girl using trousers with that part in the front typical of the man trousers). The shirt (a nice warm and strong tissue T-shirt, obviously made for hanging around in lab with over 20ºC) also a little bit longer and of course a size up. Finally the boots, now I have to admit that they give a good walk, especially walking a lot like seems I might do, and are resistant, but sure are ugly as everything.
Bottom of line try to not look like a guy… mission almost impossible!

But to be honest even for guys its awful, but then again it’s a work uniform so ok.

Sometimes I get a little bit distracted (just a little bit), now imagine 9.30 am, listening to what you are been told, in English. Damm, my mind just went to something else! Anyway, I’ve been working my concentration skills, and really get to absorb the most as possible, of what is been told to me.

So for the great part I probably am working a lot with clown fishes!!! YEY!!! You know… Finding Nemo… They are so great and the little ones, so small and already so cute… got to take a picture and uploaded here.

Portugal and other things

Hey there to all of my followers (LOL)

It's been awhile since I wrote something, preparing a trip to leave the country, doesn't always give you much free time.

Today i'm talk to you about Soccer, more precisely de World's Cup. It's amazing to see a whole country stop to see their players, play. In Portugal case is really all the country who stops, even if in after the first game everybody swore that wasn't watching Portugal games' no more.
When it comes to soccer, it's amazing how people live it, it's like there were no problems in our little country and all that matters is those 11 man chasing a ball. Of course that we are not the only ones doing this nonsense. In the last few weeks, there wasn't any news about the economic crisis in Greece and the strikes.

To be honest I also watch the games and be happy when Portugal wins, but honestly don't give a damm when Portugal looses. Contrary to me, a lot of people cares about our victories and defeats, and i'm totally sure that if a study was made to see productivity at work after our first game (0:0) and our last (7:0) there would be a direct relation. And that is just sad... but well it's the country we have.

Continue to watch World's Cup, or if you really don't care, my suggestion of a movie is 500 days of summer Sweet and great movie a high Full Price, with great performances and a great story about love.

Just a little note to all of you who don't know this awsome group Boyce Avenue, these boys are gonna be famous XD

Take care

Prince of Persia - Sands of time review

This is a movie that have been waited a long time. Based on the videogame with the same name, Prince of Persia tells the history of a orphan boy who is taken to the palace by the king of Persia (Ronald Pickup) after the king witness a courageous act from the boy. The history develops when the Prince sees is whole world crash after the kings dead, and itself wanted for an object that could change the path of present, past and future history.

In general lines, the movie has some of the videogame concept. Visualy is a great movie, especially because you can see in a lot of the action scenes the influence of the game. It’s like sometimes you are playing with the prince character and you are deciding the best way to continue the action.

The plot itself is not totally unexpected, especially if you already play the game, neverless it’s good to see the rebel princess Tamina (Gemma Arterton) who sees itself trap to the path with this prince, trying to fool him over and over again, and a Ben Kingsley villan (which in my opinion is by far the type of characters I like seem him doing), in the role of Nizam, who give Jake Gyllenhaal character a hard time. Although we could see a litle more of development in this character, this isn't exactly that kind of movie we expect to see lot of character devolopment. Jake Gyllenhaal keeps to his part, and we see a strongheart and sometimes funny character.

The battle scenes are definitely high screen required. The romantic plot in this is the most obviously possible, although we have a hard time get to it we know exactly how is going to be. The comic momments appear in perfect time.

I don't know if more movies from Prince of Persia series are going to be made, I really expect that, like Pirates of the Caribbean (also produce by Jerry Bruckheimer and Disney studios), we are able to see more adventures of Dastan.

So, if you know what you’re in the movies for, this is definitely a Full Price movie. In general I give it a high matine, neverless it is a widescreen movie.

So go check it

around the paperwork

Preparing a trip it's kind of hard work, specialy if the people that are supose to help you don't do that at all.

In the wonderland I call my country everything works like that.

Step 1 - An email is sent to you with a bunch of paperwork for you to deal it.
Step 2 - you start dealing with your paperwork, only to find out you don't know where the hell you will get the documents that are asking for
Step 3 - you ask the people you sent you the email (and who supously has done this a lot of times before). Only to get the most common anwser in this things "Hummm... I... don't know" and after insisting... "maybe you should ask for a document 1,2,3 and 4" At this point you start thinking about your life and how much that bunch of documents are gonna cost (in economics and time matters). And of course the anwser in the other side is... "Hummm... I... don't know"
Step 4 - look for it in the internet. This works most of the times... but like I just sayed, MOST of the times.
Step 5 - You call for the superiors of the person in step 3 (someone has to know something)
Step 6 - The responsible isn't there, another typicall thing of wonderland
Step 7 - You call later, and finally get some the person on the phone. This person is obviously very busy, as he so kindly or not, reminds you every 10sec The first thing he will say is that the persons of step 3 should told me that. Yeah they should, but they didn't...or you think i call just to hear someone yelling at me at the other side.
After a 10min conversation what the heck didn't had a lot of things to do? stop bother me and give me the anwser. the anwser finaly come, and has I suspected it was a simple one if only they had give me a hint of what the hell they really want in the first place...

Anyway it's always a pleasure wasting a whole day in a problem that would take me 30 minutes

Pressing the button on blog world

Getting a blog is something important, and you can make it for lots of diferent reasons.

The blog itself is a complicated matter.

1st deciding the name... it's important and so takes a while, well at least for the majority of people. For this subject I went with the first thought that occured me.

2nd deciding in wich language to write. This should be probably the most easy setting you would think. But then again, I like been different. And so this is a bigger doubt than the name of the blog... well whatever.

3rd... the third thing, and that is what is really botter me, is how to get a cool background...  that's something worth a tought. I saw a great one in another blog... and now I want one that cool for me too... =/

So while i'm looking for that I leave you with my first post... "How to get started in the blog world"
