around the paperwork

Preparing a trip it's kind of hard work, specialy if the people that are supose to help you don't do that at all.

In the wonderland I call my country everything works like that.

Step 1 - An email is sent to you with a bunch of paperwork for you to deal it.
Step 2 - you start dealing with your paperwork, only to find out you don't know where the hell you will get the documents that are asking for
Step 3 - you ask the people you sent you the email (and who supously has done this a lot of times before). Only to get the most common anwser in this things "Hummm... I... don't know" and after insisting... "maybe you should ask for a document 1,2,3 and 4" At this point you start thinking about your life and how much that bunch of documents are gonna cost (in economics and time matters). And of course the anwser in the other side is... "Hummm... I... don't know"
Step 4 - look for it in the internet. This works most of the times... but like I just sayed, MOST of the times.
Step 5 - You call for the superiors of the person in step 3 (someone has to know something)
Step 6 - The responsible isn't there, another typicall thing of wonderland
Step 7 - You call later, and finally get some the person on the phone. This person is obviously very busy, as he so kindly or not, reminds you every 10sec The first thing he will say is that the persons of step 3 should told me that. Yeah they should, but they didn't...or you think i call just to hear someone yelling at me at the other side.
After a 10min conversation what the heck didn't had a lot of things to do? stop bother me and give me the anwser. the anwser finaly come, and has I suspected it was a simple one if only they had give me a hint of what the hell they really want in the first place...

Anyway it's always a pleasure wasting a whole day in a problem that would take me 30 minutes
